The CREATIVE SPIRIT MUSIC STUDIO policies are

described below:



All students are enrolled September through June
semesters. Students are charged tuition for the
number of lessons they will be taught during those 10
months and this is divided evenly and billed
conveniently per month.


There is a $25 late fee applied for any payment that
is received after the 10th day of a tuition month.


Any student wishing to prepay the semester will
receive a 5% discount.


All students should arrive 5 minutes before their
lesson, whether in person or online in Zoom.


Students will wash their hands in advance of all in-
person lessons.  No gum, candy, baseball hats, or
cleats will be permitted in studio.


No student will be permitted to leave studio after dark
unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.


Studio teachers reserve the right to discontinue any
student whose work or practice is unsatisfactory or if they experience any behavioral problems.


Students are expected to practice a minimum of a
half-hour each day, 5-6 times per week.


Teachers do not make-up lessons that are canceled
by the student for any reason (including illness,
vacation, schedule conflicts, etc). If a lesson is
canceled by a student, the student will automatically

be placed on the next monthly Saturday Group
Studio Class. (This date/time will be given to the
student by Ms. Dawne.) The student also has the
option of being placed on a make-up waiting list.
Should the cancellation of another student come in, a
phone call will be placed to the first person on the list
to offer that day and time slot. If that particular time is
not feasible for a student, their name will still remain on the waiting list as well as the Saturday Studio Group
Class list and will be called again with the next available slot.

No refund will be given for any lessons
canceled by a student nor will credit be deducted
from monthly tuition.  *If a teacher cancels a lesson,
or if the studio closes due to inclement weather, an
alternate lesson date will be offered.
